Rwandan coffee is a celebration of old varieties, small holder success and great flavor. The Mutovu Cooperative represents nine small farmers and produces some exceptional coffees in very limited quantities.

We selected a full city roast for their coffee and it brings out the classic Bourbon variety flavors of caramel, butterscotch and vanilla. Very pleasing balance between sweetness and acidity. A versatile coffee that shows well across the brewing spectrum.
