Indonesian coffees tend to be a classic heavy-bodied cup with light acidity. These coffees are harvested between October and December and arrive in the US from January to May. Due to processing styles these coffees have a short window for maximum enjoyment. The cup quality begins to slip during the summer months and by fall it is time to forgo these origins until the new crop arrives.
