Coffee is very perishable, that’s why we do our best to get it to you quickly, as soon after roasting as possible. We follow the following procedures in order to assure you prompt and fairly priced service.

We ship via UPS (ground or express) or Priority Mail for all orders in the US. You have the option to select the method of your choice when you check out. You will receive an email when the package is shipped with tracking information. UPS is very good about updating, the post office does not update their transit information as often.

Overnight and two-day services are available, rates will be calculated at checkout, and please be aware that orders recieved after 12 P.M. Pacific time will be shipped the following business day.

International rates vary according to weight and destination, and will be billed separately from your order.

We pay for delivery confirmation from the US Postal Service.
