South America is home to some fantastic coffee. The semi-washed coffees of Brazil, the beautiful, rounded coffees of Andean Boliva, Colombia and Peru.
These coffees are at their peak during the winter and spring months. As summer approaches we often find Colombia and Brazil in short supply. By summer's end, Peru is gone until October. Bolivia is a late shipper so we typically have this around until late fall and Brazil's second shipments arrive in late summer.
